Cancellation Policy
By booking your appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy. Individual appointments require 24 hours’ notice, while spa packages, group bookings, and appointments with 2 or more services (excluding enhancements) require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
